Nice individuals who run it, until there is certainly a problem - ie. booked for 2 nights but discover an overnight bus so wanted to leave right after 1. First lady told us we could cancel 2nd night, then claimed not to have understood the next day and cancellation was no longer an option, even when we tried to book bus ticket with them. If booking bus, pay for 1st class as the 2nd class is just a local bus as well as the cost difference isnt that much. On the plus side, outstanding no cost internet.

Very nice people. Not very clean and you get shocked by the shower. A bit expensive in Guatemalan terms.
