Owners were really warm and friendly and helpfull during our stay and even ahead of with information and help in organizing trips to Tikal and Copan. Very nice room, great breakfast, warm welcome. Best for a stay in Guatemala City.

A marvelous homestay in a Marquez-like setting, practically in a private home, where u move in. Extremely helpful staff, they speak great English, with a great, terrific breakfast.

This is an absolutely charming hotel. It is run by a husband and wife team and it feels, as though you are staying in their own home. Exceptional hospitality. Airport collection and return at a extremely early hour also included. No reservation about extremely recommending. Also mins from the airport and extremely secure, with walled garden and electric gates. Totally secluded/

A nice location to stay when you ask is to have a location real near to the airport (2 minutes). The property owner is a very nice person and also the room is great.

This is much more like a room in someones home instead of a hostel. The location is really clean as well as the room was really clean with a nice bathroom. Web is to slow to use. Near to airport as well as the owner dropped me at the airport at 5am for no extra charge. A bit expensive though as they don&'t tell you about the tax

This is an outstanding property for location, safety, professionalism, cleanliness and effectiveness inside the vast metro area. The owners are unbelievably helpful at all hours, including driving one to the airport at 04h for an early flight. I wish I could have stayed for several far more nights. They also arranged an effective tour of the city on short notice. Without Marianna&s I would never have learned the myriad positive attributes of this otherwise daunting metro agglomeration.
