This spot is shit-hot = free airport pick up, decent breakfast (industry standard coffee, toast n fruit) took me to the finest spot to get money, took me to the bus station, took myself and about 5 others to a spot to eat. these guys tick all the boxes. would definitely recommend to others.

The two brothers who own this spot are fantastic guys! They picked my girlfriend and I up at the airport, took us for some food, and gave us the low down on what to do and see in Guatemala. The spot is clean, does no cost coffee, fruit, and toast in the morning, and they&'ve got a computer with internet if you need. These guys really made our arrival in Guatemala great! They even drove us to Antigua the next day due to the fact they were headed in that direction. I would suggest this spot to any traveller passing through or staying in Guatemala City!

I wasn&'t there long, but was fairly amazed. Picked me up at the airport, checked me in, drove me around to dinner, the ATM and to grab some beer and then took me to the bus stop the next day. One of the far better hostel breakfasts I can remember. Manuel is about as amiable as it gets and a wealth of knowledge. If you are flying in or out of Guatemala City without much time to spend there, this is your spot. And might even be if you are planning on spending some time there.

Quetzalroo is the place to start off a journey in Guatemala. It started with a hassle free airport pickup inside the evening. On premises we experienced a really positive atmosphere. Double room and shared bathroom were neat and clean. Following a delicious veggie lasagna and a very good night sleep, Manuel gave us the most valuable travel tips at the coffee table. He took us to the bank to get the greatest exchange rate and put us on the chickenbus towards our next adventure.
