The hostel is at a fantastic location really close to all of the key traveler sites. I was also really impressed with what I got for the price, I had a small but really cozy room which was air conditioned and totally secure. There is also a lot of no cost tea and coffee available which is ideal for any budget travellers like me. The shower is really powerful and there is certainly hot water. I would recommend this hostel specially simply because I am on a budget and I really value my privacy - this location is much much better than a dorm any day and there is certainly very good wireless connection in your room.

Location spot on. spic && span, plenty of hot water, , use of fridge, Tea && Coffee. Secure with lots of shops, ethnic cafes etc && moneychangers etc nearby.

Friendly Indian owners and stuff as well. U R given mugs, towels, soup, coffee/tea as much as U like, microwave oven and even flip flops.

The owner is good-natured. unlike other chinese operated hostels in chungking who are soooo mean and dishonest. i&'m glad to have booked a room in this hostel. , ans i regretted to have a separate booking in tai-wan hostel. they are not true to their words!

We had just had a terrible time with 2 other hostels in Hong Kong cancelling our booking for 10 individuals at the last minute due to their overbooking and not offering us any help. Canadian Hostel had also overbooked but they did what hostels/hotels are supposed to do when they overbook, they arranged for alternative lodging in other hostels within the area. They admitted that the overbooking was their fault and due to that they would deal with the extra costs in finding us lodging in other hostels. We did get two rooms within the Canadian Hostel as nicely as the rooms were clean. They were small but which is Hong Kong. We were all extremely happy with the helpfulness of the staff.

Good location in HK, near to subway. In case you don&'t mind the people downstairs which bother you to sell stuff, it&'s a pretty great place. The owner is helpful along with the rooms are cleaned each and every day.
