The hostel was superb, such high quality it could have been a hotel. The employees were so friendly and helpful, they really went above and beyond and that genuinely made our stay in Budapest. The hostel is run by two brothers so they really care about you having a great stay. The hostel is in what looks like a residential block of flats with a beautiful courtyard, so the setting is excellent, and the location was very good too, easy access to wherever you wish to go. The guy from the hostel sat down with us on arrival and using a map gave us plenty of useful information, from where to go for sightseeing and drinking, to how to avoid the ticket inspectors fining you on the trams and metro! He really took his time to make sure you have all the information you need and they supply that level of service to all guests. We asked about when the spas would be open being new year, and when we went to reception the next day for him to call and uncover out, he&'d already called for us and had the information at the ready! These guys really know customer service. The room itself was super (we had a private ensuite room for 3, which had a double bed plus bunkbeds), beds extremely comfortable (and one of my travel companions has very high standards in that respect! ) with duvets and bathroom has a power shower. Properly heated and refrigerator in the room too, plus use of communal cooking area with no cost tea and coffee making facilities. I wouldn&'t hesitate to suggest this hostel to anybody visiting Budapest.

Bathrooms looked like they belonged in a nice hotel, the service was wonderful (Bartek is a funny man), the common room is cosy, and beds are fairly comfortable. The location is pretty good, and maybe 20 mins away from the primary station.
