Great place, employees were really friendly, the private room was HUGE and really comfy bed. Doesn&'t look like much on the outside but inside its warm and comfy and clean.

The staff were outstanding! Went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. Even offering hot wine and providing some tasty sparkling wine over the New Years celebrations! It felt really personal with a lot of individual care given by staff and a homelike feel.

Really friendly staff, a couple in particular go out of their way for you. Nice living room and cooking area to relax in. Close to metro, and shopping area, and river.

Really warm and cosy but quite small overall, only 3 dorms I think and 1 or 2 other rooms. Nice kitchen but living room isn&'t extremely big. Fantastic location, clean and we met some pretty people! I&'d recommend it

The facilities were great. It really felt like a home with a living room and cooking area with basic ingredients that you could help yourself to. The employees was so accommodating and helpful with everything. On weekends, the owners, a husband and wife team come to the hostel and cook a traditional Hungarian meal for the travellers all for free. It was very nice to encounter that. There&'s toiletries inside the bathroom, hot water, clean linens, towels and also the location is inside center of down-town Pest. You can go anywhere from this location! Also its very close to the nightlife region of Budapest. Greatest deal your money can buy! Extremely suggest the stay =)

There was a conventional meal cooked by the owners who were also quite friendly. Very good way to meet other travellers this way.

The hostel itself it s quite cozy, everyone was warm and friendly and hanging around inside the cooking area together, employees was supe helpfull specially oliver, and one night typical hungarian food was cooked for free. exceptional detail

Good location, friendly employees with 24 hour reception (the lovely man did my washing overnight for me when i arrived at 10pm, so i had clean clothes within the morning! ). No cost dinner on offer and amazing suggestions on where to go out on what days. Full of local knowledge. A amazing cosy environment, i felt like i was going home at the end of the day but to a massive group of friends!

It was a really homey place, with an amazing location, easy to walk into the city and get around. The owner even cooked us dinner one night, traditional hungarian food, which was delicious. The beds were comfortable, and there was a nice lounge region that was great for meeting people.
