A cosy and neat place. Staff was really friendly and helpful. They recommended good eating places and points to do. Hostel was kept clean and they are really flexible. Really appreciate their understanding. There was no cost tea and water provided at the hostel.

I loved staying at Gingko hostel! The staff were pretty people that were helpful, witty, fun, and genuinely friendly. The location of the hostel is located not to faraway from the city center thus made for a straightforward commute to and from the hostel. The beds were extremely comfortable and spacious for a hostel.
