Every thing as it should be; extremely clean, nicely equipped kitchen, nice atmosphere. The owner Tim is extremely helpful, extremely flexible, I arrived there within the morning, I nonetheless could use the facility, although check in is 13:00. I totally recommend this hostel, you will not regret it.

I loved my stay at tiger tims, they took us to aqua globe and loved the fact that the hostel had a smoking room. this meant i did not have to be on the street smoking. fantastic atmostphere and tim know so much about what to do, and really helpful. I extremely recomend th&is location to anyone coming to budapest.

The best location a traveller can hope to find! It&'s cleanliness, spacious rooms and huge common room (kitchen and bean bags for all! ) really makes it stand out amongst other hostels. The employees are super helpful with everything and sit you down for a Budapest orientation as soon as you get there, which is a novelty in any hostel. Be warned: you will make pals almost instantly. The location is great and secure (within walking distance of everything! ) and make guaranteed to attend at least one pubcrawl! You will most likely end up staying much longer than planned. Special thanks to Vodka Dan, Andrew, Nina and most of all Tiger Tim himself for putting up with a trio of smelly Canadians for four amazing nights.

Dorm was large with outstanding ventilation. The lounge/kitchen area is great for meeting individuals and Tim will answer any questions you may have. Choice of two supermarkets close by. Great location to stay whilst in Budapest.

Really great location, employees were very helpful an make you feel at home. Rooms were soacious and everyone had a safe to put their belongings in which was handy. Loved the restuarants Tim suggested really good Hungarian food :)

Tiger Tim&'s is the only hostel worth staying at in Budapest. I booked for two night and I stayed for eight. I have been traveling for almost two months and which is the longest I have stayed anywhere by double. Tim knows everything about what is or isn&'t worth doing in Budapest and if he doesn&'t know he will help you find out. Go to Tiger Tim&'s in case you want a clean, friendly environment and a go to you will remember for life. And there is real free coffee! It&'s location is perfect, individuals are friendly, it&'s not to small or big. STAY HERE.

Loved the environment which was extremely homely and unlike those larger chain hostels, location was great, Tim and also the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and spacious, bath rooms were clean. It was awesome!
