Domus is situated in the center of Reykjavik, just a few steps away from the busy Laugavegur shopping street, the city centre pond and gardens, and Icelands finest restaurants, museums, cafes and pubs. Domus offers sleeping bag lodging in rooms for 6-12 persons sharing each room. Bathroom facilities are shared, and our travelers have access to a completely equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

Very kind and helpfull staff, no problem to leave a bag of us there for 2 (! ) weeks. neither a problem to move our reservation one day forward. would go there again, but then i would like to stay inside the main building which looks much much better (the second building holds the sleepingbag accomodation and is just inside the opposite of the street).

Perfect location, quiet, felt safe as a young female traveling alone, superb service (Owner greeted me by name every single morning! ) Cooking area facilities are really useful due to the fact everything is soo expensive in Iceland. Highly recommended.

I didn't really like anything but it's location. The place is dirty, not renovated for lond time, everything is falling into pieces. Staff without any knowledge about Iceland, Reykjavik, not nice at all. Comparing to other places in Reykjavik, this one is not worth any reccomendation.
