The staff are enjoyable and helpful. The kitchen and bath rooms are nicely ordered and have everything you need.

The location is great. The girl with the Batman/Mickey Mouse sweaters and silver hair with the braid was very nice and friendly. There is another guy there with a thick scottish accent I believe that was also friendly. There are lots of pamphlets and info on the city. The kitchen is nicely equipped. They had open mic night our first night there in the bar, which, whilst the people were generally awful, was a lot of enjoyable to watch.

The bar on the primary level was a wonderful location to meet other like-minded travelers! Along with the employees were very funny and easy-going.
