They are situated immediately beside the Golden Temple as well as the staff are incredibly helpful and informative. Any questions I had, which were numerous (first time in India), they answered thoroughly and with a smile, never tiring of my constant pestering over exactly where to do this or that. The room was really clean as well as the air cooling worked really well. I also felt like myself and my belongings were really safe. I would highly recommend Hotel Heritage Inn to anyone travelling to Amritsar!

Good location very near the golden temple. The rooms were clean and staff were really warm and friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and rooms were quiet, a great nights sleep! Web is exceptional but only offered within the lobby.

The beds were so comfortable, there was an actual foam mattress as opposed to the wood we had gotten used to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC was exceptional and was reasonably priced for the great location (literally near to the Golden Temple). It was very silent because it faced a park inside the Golden Temple. There was no hot water, barely lukewarm. Other than that, it was perfect!
