During our stay at Per Avel we liked the hotel itself. Most of the employees (especially Nelson, the barkeeper) is friendly and helpful. We met nice people there along with the room was okay. Extremely nice were the evenings at the bar along with the laundry washing service.

The location was lovely. Just a short walk to the beach. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast basic but fine. Outstanding value for money.

As a lot of individuals found you get hassled for extra money on arrival due to "booking errors". The landlady AKA "Madam" is really hard on the staff but enjoyable enough with the guests. Emannuel (manny) the barman is by far the greatest bit of this hotel and made our stay greater than we expected. Others hotels offer you greater value for money. The location is exceptional but the beach in Candolim is getting eroded extremely seriously resulting in large black barriers being fiited. Generally OK and I would return yet not make it my first choice.

It is a nice and cosy spot near the Candolim beach, one hour drive by taxi from the airport. The staff are extremely warm and friendly people. Breakfast is served in a garden. I would not mind staying there again.

They do not supply outstanding service. Property owner was not helpful. I never prefer this hotel again.

30 second walk from Condalim the beach (which has a lovely restaurant overlooking it). Very celan, lovely gardens located centrally of the complex, and relatively brief cab journey to other favorite beaches in north Goa. Definately reccomend it!
