If there was an &"excellent&" option I would pick it for all of the above. Hotel Moonlight Palace is full of warm and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is spotless and the property owner takes pride in keeping the property extremely very clean. The rooftop patio is a great spot to relax and eat some extremely great food. Be sure to try the Egg fried rice! Every item we ordered from the restaurant was delicious! One of our pals needed to go home early and the property owner went above and beyond in getting her a travel agent to book her a ticket from Jaipur to Mumbai, and also changing he flight so she could fly home the same day.

By the time I arrived in Jaipur, I had tolerated unsatisfactory accommodations in Delhi and Agra. Having my own room and even a public toilet that had warm water was a blessing. The rooftop restaurant had much more than palatable food. The staff gave me tips about Mumbai that I did end up using, like not listening to people at train stations when they tell you your train&'s already left.

The employees was really helpful. They are young and really trying to make you really feel comfortable. The roof top is a fantastic place to have your breakfast. We booked a low-cost room on Hostelbookers, but some guests were staying longer and all of the rooms were booked, so they gave us the honeymoon suite without charging extra. And the pick up from the train station was no cost and waited half an hour, since our train was delayed.

A pretty place, but it seem when you book the affordable rooms via hostel bookers you get put in the basement! but the rooms are still fine especially for the price! Employees are friendly and helpful, and also the roof top restaurant is lovely!

The employees was great. The rooms (after the upgrade) were extremely nicely decorated and clean. I even got a balcony. They pick you up from the train station for free.
