It offered facilities to & From the airport. I arived at the Hotel on The 11th at 0100 hrs and left the Hotel on the 13th at 23. 00 hrs And I was asked to pay for a total of 4 days when I had Only stayed there 3 days. They insisted on that payment. . I do not understand whyI have no problem inside the

Situated in the Suburb of Santa Cruz it is reasonably close to the airport (30 min taxi drive away). From Stana Cruz it is a 45min trainride to the center of Mumbai (churchgate). Altogether we felt the Hotel was still situated to faraway from the airport and also to faraway from Mumbai center. Also the rooms are nice with private bathroom and aircon but a little overpriced. You might be greater off booking a real airport hotel or take the 1 hour trip from the airport to Mumbai center and get a hotel there.

It was close to the airports which was apositive and a negative thing. The staff was very friendly and nothing was a problem. Rooms were smallish but clean.
