Friendly staff: often asking us if we need anything, if we want free chai, if we want our baggage to be carried, if we need a lift to go somewhere, and we want the two single beds to be placed alongside :), if we want breakfast or a wake up call! They are currently building a roof top restaurant. Bring the business card with you so that when you ask a rick-shaw driver to go back to the hostel, you have the OLD name of the street (it seems like nobody knew the name of the street which is written inside the lonely planet. :) ). Also, efficient free pickup from the airport (it worked once out of two. we had not confirmed for the second time, and also the cab drivers are not component of the hotel. so the hotel reimbursed the money we had paid for the cab the 2nd time. ) Really helpful and nice!

Very friendly and helpfull staff. A lot of service is included, though the rooms weren't really ' atmospheric' or anything. Clean according to Indian standards.
