This hotel is a gem - peaceful, chilled out and has a lovely simplicity to it. The tree growing through the middle of the courtyard adds so much character! The property owner is a lovely friendly guy who is up for a chat and a game of chess :) Highly suggested - we didn&'t need to leave!

Great atmosphere and people/staff. Close to everything you would need to see in Pushkar. Definitely the top (and most affordable) place that we have stayed in India.

John and Jay were AMAZING! -seriously helpful in all aspects of the roller coaster of trave and really honest and down to earthl! Also Eva (Jay&'s fiance. ! ) was really helpful and nice! Fantastic location to meet other travellers and effortless access to all of the points of interest but possibly slightly quieter than most places as it is just out of the center.

I wish all accomodation facilities in India were like that one. Exceptional value for money, comforting roof top, and extremely warm and friendly and polite staff. Would come here again definitely.

Loved the situation. Just a short walk out of the main bazaar. Good to not be inside the centre of the noise. Deepak and John were extremely helpful. We extremely much enjoyed our stay here. Only negative for us was the malfunctioning wifi. They are working on it.

The staff at Akash are extremely friendly and helpful, and were even able to accommodate special dietary needs that I had. The hostel rooms are clean and secure, as nicely as the rooftop lounge region is great for chilling out (as the name suggests) and sipping on a masala chai.

This is one of the nicest budget places we have stayed and Deepak is one in a million with regards to friendliness. He was often willing to help with anything we needed and never forced any services upon you which is rare in India. The room was cosy, extremely clean and quiet. We felt quite at home!

This spot is run by the nicest guys. Honestly, I&'ve been in India for almost 2 months now, and these guys were awesome. Stayed in one of the single rooms, which for what you are paying, are pretty damn decent too. Restaurant on the roof is brilliant for breakfasts too. Would definitely recommend here.

The rooms are basic, but the staff is unbelievable. Hands down the kindest, most helpful, and most hospitable welcome we&'ve had anywhere in India so far. John gave us travel tips, offered to walk us to the bus station, and even made us one of his mother&'s traditional desserts. I wanted to ask him to come with us and run each hotel we stayed at for the rest of our trip.
