The young manager who was running the business for the owner who had leased it from the household could not have been a lot more warm and friendly or helpful. He was warm and welcoming and gave advice on ferries and travel.

The breeze & being right on Ashtamudi lake. As nicely as the fact one could be really private & just read all day. Not much enjoyable for young travelers. One guy (Smiley) was so helpful & pleasant - he seemed to run the location & absolutely nothing too much trouble. I liked that it was really laid back & relaxing & there was space to wander around outside.

Truly fantastic location, and easy to hop on to ferries into Kollam or around the lake. A lovely house with excellent points of interest and private terraces for breakfast if wanted.

We had a lovely stay there, its so peacfull and relaxing, rooms are really good and clean, bathrooms are massive! its a good place to meet people, but not a party place, but you wouldnt really want to as its so chilled out!
