It was a great location to stay in pretty Udaipur. Wonderful food, western toliets, hot showers, and stunning rooms! Let alone the remarkable view! When you come to India, you must come to Udaipur, and stay at this hostel!

A gorgeous converted building with, lots of character & massive rooms. Excellent central location & really clean. The pool looked a bit murky, but everything else was great. The restaurant does gorgeous food too !

Extremely massive and nice rooms for super cheap: we had around 12 sofas in our room, with cushions along the window side, a massive bathroom with a real bathtub, really nicely decorated! Roof top restaurant was OK, and employees was really friendly! Also, free internet!

You can't fault the location right in the heart of the old city and moments away from Jagdish temple. The rooftop restaurant is probably the highest giving great views as you watch sunrise/sunset. Rooms are large, clean and nicely decorated. They are currently "having problems with the bank" so be prepared to pay by cash only. There's an ATM a couple of minutes away between the temple and City Palace. The staff constantly asking for cash/tips and people hanging around reception offering tours/rickshaws/visit shops etc was the only thing that was irritating.
