Immaculate spacious rooms - tiled bathroom, cozy bed, proper wardrobes and even a television inside the room ! Fantastic value - lots more room for your ruppee. Also great location just 1 minute walk from centre of North Cliff. A lot more a mid range hotel room for the cost of a budget room !

The location is fantastic, only 1 minute from the Tibetan Market, which makes is nice and close but at the same time quiet. Our room was spacious and clean and we even had a telly w satellite. It was the only budget hostel throughout our travels in India that prvided us with toilet paper and soap! The employees are extremely useful, especially towards booking onward travel and figuring out the cheapest choices for us.

The household who owns this place was beyond amazing. It was extremely clean and they did their greatest to help you. The only downfall is that its not right on the cliff, but its a short walk so it really isnt that bad.

Hotel was clean and air con, hot water, cable TV and so on all worked as nicely as the employees were warm and friendly and helpful. Location is nice and quiet, only a couple of minutes walk to the cliff/beach although no real &'views&' as nicely as the balconies on the rooms are a bit of a joke. When we stayed there was building work no teh top floor therefore no restaurant and no breakfast, but a discount on the room rate was agreed easily. Also the STD and Net services were not working for the duration of our stay.

Great location. Really friendly staff. Made sure we knew all the transport options available to us. Walked with us to the beach for the first time to make sure we knew the way there. Room was nice and secure. TV and AC didn't work though.
