The pool was fantastic and great to lounge around. Breakfast was a awesome buffet with lots and lots of both hot and cold food. Rooms were nice and clean, and the staff tidied the rooms every day. Keep in mind this is a hotel, not a hostel. It was in a good central location, easy to get to everything. Wi-Fi was charged per hour. The restaurant and bar closes at around 10pm. There wasn't a view from our balcony (apart the next building), but it looked like most balconies were better. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Easy walk into the town and to the beach. Just 10 mins from the airport. Very pleased with our choice. Massages in the sister hotel are very good. |

Very friendly and helpfull Staff, good Pool, good food, the staff tries to keep the house very clean and mostly they reach their goal, but e. g. when you come @ home late nights you sometimes see cockroaches. In the first room I've stayed, the had flatscreen TV, Balcony, Fridge, Waterboiler & Tea, but the bed was full of bugs (tick), which have bitten me the whole night. Then I changed immediatelly the room and the second one was ok. It was worth the money. |

The location provides a quiet enviroment, but still a easy access to those major spots. Too bad that we got a room with a balcony facing a wall of another building. The staff was really helpful and friendly. |

The place is a really good place for the first days in Sydney. cause it's really close to the airport. It's a little bit cheaper than the hotels direct at the beach, but it's just a couple of meters to the reef. I don't recommend it if you wanna stay close to Kuta Beach. |

I like the staffs there. Breakfast is simple but enough for me. Location is good because just a walk to discovery mall. |

It was set right back of the road so it was very quiet in the room. the restaurant was very convienant and cheap to eat in. also the room had a safety deposit box in free of charge to use so we found this very considerate and also a bonus. |

There's not a bad thing to say about this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it is within walking distance of local shops and markets and it has a great welcoming atmosphere. |
