Even though you were the middle of the city, it felt like you were staying in a forest.

I had a comfy and relaxing stay here. It&'s discreet and noiseless and set on the edge of forest. It&'s a few mins walk from monkey Forest and right inside the restaurant zone. The bath and shower had good warm water and also the place was clean. Being on the edge of the forest you get a few harmless bugs passing by but I didn&'t mind that at all. Breakfast is light but adequate.

We had a standard room but this was large with a/c and a fan, a large balcony overlooking the pool and a decent enough en suite. Lovely setting in lush gardens with a conventional Balinese feel thanks to the small temple and other Hindu statues. Breafkast was included and ran until 11am with lots of choice. Hostel arranged airport pick-up for us (RP250, 000). Free use of umbrellas. Wifi.

I am a young professional female and I stayed in the place for one night only. Traveled with my family and my boyfriend and our age range is 17 - 70. The place is quite gorgeous and quirky. I booked a family bungalow and a single room and upon arrival I was informed that the single room is not obtainable so they gave us 2 bungalows instead. We are obviously happy with that. The pool region is furnished beautifully and even the whole complex is a quirky place with a distinct Balinese feel. The place was quite safe and we actually did leave one or two doors unlocked during the night without anything being lost. I personally did not use the bathing/shower fascility so cannot comment on it. The place is also quite tranquil with lots of natural effects (sounds of crickets, frogs etc)

I booked a household bungalow and a single room and upon arrival I was informed that the single room is not accessible so they gave us 2 bungalows instead. We are obviously pleased with that. The pool area is furnished beautifully and even the whole complex is a quirky spot with a distinct Balinese feel. The property was quite secure and we actually did leave one or two doors unlocked during the night without anything being lost. I personally did not use the bathing/shower fascility so can not comment on it. The spot is also quite relaxing with lots of natural effects (sounds of crickets, frogs etc)

I liked the location, 5 mins walk from the monkey forest and excellent point of start off for a lot of attraction (temples, lakes, rice fileds etc. ) The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly and most essential trustful. Rooms are clean, linens and towel have an great fragrance. The view from the rooms just take your breath away! our room was facing the forest. pure beauty! Basically everything is great!

The room we stayed in, a Household Standard Room, had a really very good view with a nice quiet balcony and extremely spacious. The employees is also quite helpful, especially the women who are always willing to go at outstanding lengths to help you with your needs. The banana pancake for breakfast was quite good. The beds were also cozy as well as the room quite spacious and extremely clean. They can also help arrange transport to take you around Ubud and nearby places.

The pool is lovely as is the grounds, lush and green. The breakfasts were great although we did discover eggshell within the pancakes one day. The room we had was really large with A. C. , warm water and a fan.
