The receptionist (Noel) was very kind and helpfull. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The property is in a really excellent location for UCD campus. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a real bonus too.

Perfect for our intended stay, difficult to understand some of the negative web comments. As this B&B was only 7. 00 much more than a dorm in a hostel.
