Excellent location, within walking distance from O&'Connell Street. Fantasic breakfast, I didn&'t need to eat for the rest of the day! Seamus is the ideal host, really welcoming, helpful and created a warm, warm and friendly environment. I completely recomment this place and would stay there again.

Personal service from the staff, great location in central Dublin but extremely quiet. Very good value at 60 Euros per night for 2, including breakfast.
