A bit expensive compared to what you get on this price in Dublin. However, the staff is warm and friendly and helpful. We had a exceptional night out inside the pub. Also, the 24/7 Tesco is pretty close as well as the Self katering cooking area is large and quite good on sides of equipment. Make guaranteed to book room nr. 6 if you're booking a double private, for it having the most stunning sight.

Rooms were very clean as well as the showers. There are many films in the TV room in case you don't know what to do.

We really enjoyed staying at Kirwan House. Joanna gave us the feeling to come there as friends. Also best rates for those lovely bedrooms (and comfortable beds! ), for very clean bathrooms and kitchen (with good equipment), for the nice common rooms and that cosy little garden and terrace. It was easy to feel at home. That's the way I like it! Petra from Germany

Very disappointing, didn't like anything there. for a few more euros i could have stayed in a nice b&b with breakfast included! but i need a 3 people bedroom and though it would be asier that way. i wish i had done more research and stayed elsewhere.
