Really enjoyed our stay. Proprietress was extremely nice and helpful, room was beautiful and clean, bath rooms well-kept and cooking area supplied with breakfast snacks.

Had a lovely time in Arezzo! Would come back again. But it was quite quiet, so not a spot to meet people. Extremely friendly. A superb spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Tuscany. Needed screens on windows. Without air conditioning, we needed to keep windows open and there were many mosquitoes; perhaps due to the fact of the time of year. Directions on website were confusing. The train that took us to Arezzo was different than the train mentioned on the website that would take us the B&B; as we found out later soon after taking a taxi. Following figuring that out, it was extremely straightforward to get around.

In case you have a very good navigation system there is not problem to uncover the home with a large garden. :) The ground floor was set for visitors and there are available 3 rooms with a large bathroom, living room and kitchen. very good choise. thank you.

It's villa without reception. In the groudfloor there are three rooms to rent. there are also nice and big kitchen and living room. Owner live in the first floor. It is 4 km from centre of Arecco. On the main road there is a signboard to hostel.
