This location was great! Following a lot of delayed trains, the staff moved our booking date free of charge. They also personally picked us up from the bus staion. Breakfast was excellent too.

Stayed here for one night but our room was so clean and beautiful. The gentleman at reception directed us to the bus stop and how to walk to St. Francis. Breakfast was very good too.

Ample no cost parking, huge bedroom and ebsuite, with balcony and views. Silent location a brief walk uphill to Assissi. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Nice outdoor lounge area. Air conditioned room with fridge.

The staff were lovely and so helpful. It was a really peaceful, lovely hotel. Nice location just down the hill from Assisi town so you are a little away from the hubbub and noises but close enough to walk comfortably (10 minutes) though its uphill so you need to be a little fit otherwise take the bus. We had the really best view of the basilica from our bedroom window and were inside the middle of Umbrian countryside. There was a lovely terrace to sit out on at the end of the day with a really priced reasonably wine/beer and book.
