Nice and clean. Affordable and friendly. Provided you try a little Italian, you're prepared to eat traditional Sardinian breakfast which is sweet and are not afraid to take the local bus to town you will have a great time.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Domu de Jaja. Vanessa is a great host! The rooms are cozy and the breakfast is very yummy ^^ There are maps and other information material of Cagliari available and although the b&b isn't in the city center, it is easy to reach by bus. The bus stop is right around the corner of the house. I especially liked that you receive your own set of keys and can stroll independently through the city. Thanks a lot!

I spent a few days in domu de jaja and it was a fantastic experience. The room was cosy and nice, the home extremely clean and confortable and silent(I could sleep like a baby). The property owner Vanessa and la nonna were absolutely enchanting with me, both of them helped so much. all can I say is Domu de Jaja is the very best B and B in the globe and of course the very best B and B I have stayed. I stronly reccomended

I wasted about an hour, because the owner claimed she didn't know about my booking Apart from that, it was OK, quite far from the center (need to take bus), but generally nice, clean and good value (breakfast included). I would stay there again, but confirm the booking before arrival. Strangely I was offered a triple room, but made sleep on the small bed (if I were the owner I would offer the double bed to compensate for the situation).

Perfect for dying for old school italian culture, the manager or the "guard"'s an extremely friendly italian nanny. Rooms are spacious, clean, homy. Breakfast's fresh and energetic, including juices, milk, italian coffee. There's shower and a bath. Situated in a tranquil district, however constituting almost outskirts of Cagliari. There was nobody to ask for itineraries, but a pile of catalogues, maps, folders to shuffle through. You receive your bundle of keys, becoming independent visitor, go out/in whenever. There's pizza to order for free. Same with the breakfast can be set on any time. For calm voyagers idillic, but for extreme, fast&furious might get bored rapidly after getting to shelter.

Vanessa and her granny are great hosts! Vanessa picked me up and took me to the airport, gave me lots of tips and maps and suggestions on places to go in southern Sardinia. To see Cagliari was easy, with a bus stop a quick two-minute walk away. The apartment was spotless and very safe and has lovely gardens to sit in and enjoy the cool sea breezes. The only down sides -- the bed was not the most comfy, the room was VERY hot with just an underpowered fan for relief, the breakfast was minimal, and there are NO facilities (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. ) in the nearby area. But for the price it's a great base to see the area!
