It is walking distance to Poetto beach and also the grocery store. The property owner of the property was really helpful and accomodating. We had 5 travellers staying here and we originally booked a triple and a double room, until we went inside and found the triple room having 5 beds. He was totally open to letting us cancel the double room and just paying for the triple room, with no extra charge. The home was really welcoming and there is certainly a cooking area open for all to use.

We were allowed to cook and do what ever we want. The people were nice and th location was perfect. . it was right next to the principal beach.

Although we reserved hotel villino lucia, when we arrived there had apparently been an overbooking, and so we stayed one night further down the road somewhere else, and the remaining 4 nights at another hotel, which was right on the sea front at Hotel Maria Lusia. Hotel Maria Lusia was perfect for us, with the bars just in front and then the beach. We had a bit of confusion for payment so we ended up paying at Villinolucia, even though we never stayed there!
