Not crauded as in hotels and close to the beach, there was a shop round the corner and a pica restaurant accros the street. the building and interior has got that charm of an old building even the smell, but it creates a very nice picture. There was a kichen outside with everything that you would need to prepare your meal but we barely used it. We got a room on the ground floor and it had a sitting location outside, so it was nice to have some wine within the evening. the beach is just 3 minute away, but it isn&'t the most clean and it&'s really crouded it&'s much better to go to villasimius beaches.

- Friendly owner/staff. - It had a nice garden and patio/courtyard/sit-out. There might be possibilities for grilling (we haven&'t tried it). -It is really near to the nice beach. -The bedroom&'s interior decoration&'s nice. - Supermarket&'s really near. - Nice Beach-cafe nearby.

Everything! This place is amazing! I wasn&'t crazy about the suburban areas of Cagliari, so I was excited that we decide on this nice hotel from the city and near to the beach. I stayed 3 nights, along with the place was superb, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I would not even dare to go anywhere else if I went back to Cagliari! Exceptional location, a little out of the way of the middle of Cagliari where the station is, however it&'s only a straightforward PQ/PF bus ride to take you to and from. Exceptional value for my money!

The employees was totally delightful. They were able to pick us up from the airport and then drop us back off for 20 per ride. It was a really quaint spot with an at-home feeling. There was a living room, dining room and fully-equiped kitchen. It was about 100 metres from the beach and there was a grocery store and GREAT pizzaria inside 30 meters. Since we were guests at Villino Lucia, the pizzaria gave us an superb deal: wonderful pizza or pasta plus plenty of wine for 10 per person.

It is walking distance to Poetto beach and also the grocery store. The property owner of the property was really helpful and accomodating. We had 5 travellers staying here and we originally booked a triple and a double room, until we went inside and found the triple room having 5 beds. He was totally open to letting us cancel the double room and just paying for the triple room, with no extra charge. The home was really welcoming and there is certainly a cooking area open for all to use.
