The staff was kind and also the location was fantastic. It is seriously on the lake and by the bus station.

The hostel is really near the lake in the center of the town and you have a lot of stores and cafes nearby. Also our room as nicely as the bathroom were very, really clean as nicely as the employees was friendly. We even had a balcony.

The whole location surrounding Lago di Como is amazing. In Riva al Lago Hotel's location is just perfect. The staff was really kind and helpfull. The breakfast was surprisingly rich. actually it was far better than in most of the 3 star hotels I've been to.

Location is perfect, rooms are noiseless (good new windows) + AC, superb large breakfast, employees is friendly and helpful, everything is very clean. definetely worth staying there. it's much more than value for the money!
