The location of Franz House close to the Arno is exceptional for access to the Ponte Vecchio and all other points of interest are inside straightforward walking distance. Santa Maria Novella train station is also easily and directly accessible on foot. It is clean and the breakfast offered is cheap at 2. 50 euro. Based on our other accommodation experiences in Italy, it was very good value for money. It does not home many, so in case you are looking somewhere not buzzing with other travellers it is great.

The location of Franz House near to the Arno is fantastic for access to the Ponte Vecchio and all other points of interest are within easy walking distance. Santa Maria Novella train station is also easily and directly accessible on foot. It is clean as properly as the breakfast offered is inexpensive at 2. 50 euro. Based on our other holiday accommodation experiences in Italy, it was very good value for money. It does not house many, so if you are looking somewhere not buzzing with other travellers it is great.
