There&'s breakfast provided and also the location is quite near the SMN station.

Matteo was a pretty host - gave us some amazing directions, places to eat. Wifi was excellent and free. Good location - close to station and within walking distance of all city attractions. Describes itself accurately - what you read is what you get. Good sized room. Cleaned room/made bed daily (not sure if I liked this or not) and left basic breakfast for next day.

Everything! Matteo the owner, was extremely friendly, personable and had superb tips for our stay in Florence. Location was great, just a short walk from the city centre, with parking available. Rooms/ bathrooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great facilities, 2 bathrooms, fridge, m/w, wifi and nice breakfast included. Great value for money and would ABSOLUTELY recommend.
