Hotel Benvenuti was a bit of a walk from the center of Florence, but we had exceptional weather so we were fine with walking. The staff was exceptional and had exceptional suggestions of things to do. We loved the simplicity and cleanness of the rooms!

Such an elegant hotel with friendly workers! Good wireless web inside the common area. brightful colours in room. Nice bathroom and most of all fantastic value !

I felt like in a deluxe hotel. My room was cute and all the employees was so helpful. I&'ve had the chance to use no cost wi-fi in the lounge which was a plus ( they even have a cheap wi-fi for rooms i saw but im travelling on a budget ). Well good place, good individuals to meet, good location ! So i stayed one night more!

Decent locaton. Bus stop right outside. Nice people. Clean room. Got much more than expected, got a really great deal.

Excellent location, walking distance to all of the tourist attractions, but the amazing friendliness of the staff really made it for me. Extremely nice and helpful staff here! Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Really great value for the money!

Had our own shower, although it was basically within the bedroom. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
