Sky tv, skype phone calls, wifi, air con, 24hr hot showers ALL FREE! literally 2 minute walk from firenze s. m. n stazione. friendly staff. a lift to the floor.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were very flexible with the room. We were not exactly pleased with the room reserved for us, so they were very accommodating in giving us another room with more natural light and a amazing view.

Friendly staff! All of the staff was warm hearted, helpful and enjoyable. The rooms were huge as well.

Triple room was extremely large, has its own computer with free wifi. Location is exceptional with a supermarket nearby. Employees are extermely helpful. It was the finest hotel among those i have stayed in Italy.
