The room was nice, with a shower in the middle of the room which was strange but fine. Good AC, TV, and place was clean. Disadvantages: 1 bathroom in the hall for all the rooms (10 or so) and you have to climb many steps to get to the hostel on the top floor (no lift). In all, I would stay again for sure. |

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk both from the centere and the railway station. It was clean and tidy. The hostess of the hotel was very freindly woman and helpful and the price was good. |

This is nice and close to the train station and pretty central to major sites. Be ware of the 76 steps to reach the top! There was a shower and basin in the room, and a share toilet on the same floor. |

You have your own shower in the room and it is a nice big bed so you can share. Good location too as it is right next to the Santa Maria Novella train station. |

Location was excellent - right in city centre, close to train station and touristy bits. The air conditioning in the room worked quite well which is necessary for a June / July Italy visit! |

Just about a block from the duomo and maybe two blocks from the trainstation. The woman that runs the 'hotel' is very nice and helpful. There was also a very sweet and very nice french woman that lives just across from where I stayed, Hi Monica! :) |

Very Clean, and right in the heart of Florence. The staff was very friendly. It is about five stories up so make sure you are up for climbing stairs if you stay here since there is no elevator. |
