The property is run by an an old and affectionate couple, who are quite helpful and caring despite being non english speaking. Nice clean basic rooms with basic break fast make it a convenient for transit, yet you have to hire a cab to get to this location if you have luggage. There are couple of chinese and Indian resteraunts in nearby lanes.

Very friendly staff however some of them don't speak english (sign language did me fine though). Got some mozzie bites at the hotel but not sure if it was something they could do about as Florence do seem to have quite a bit of mozzies.

Perfectly clean and comfortable just a bit far out, not that warm and friendly and breakfast was not great, good if you really want a private room rather than a dorm.

Staff could not speak english but low-cost and within walking distance to centre. great restaurant along the road from it!
