It was clean and a great location. Considering how cheap it is it was great. Still the complete lack of any internet facilities was frustrating as I was there for work. Others would probably miss the lack of fridge and TV. Still great value. |

Rooms were big and clean. Right in the centre, no need for any public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again, would recommend |

It's just near the train station. In front of nice park in the main street. Stuff is friendly, beds comfortable |

Boring place, but good location, close to train station, nice staff. DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM - BEWARE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP WELL IF YOU GO DURING THE SUMMER |

I did not like anything about this property. Upon our departure we were asked to pay 25 Euro per person when we had booked a special rate direct on hostel bookers at 18 euro per person we were not impressed by this especially when payment up front on arrival was refused profuseley and we had booked and confirmed the special rate of 18 euro per person. We were not impressed with service, especially the service received upon our departure as it ruined our trip in Florence. |

There were two large signs behind reception saying "we do not accept credit cards" but when I went to pay credit cards were the preferred form of payment |

Large room with a shower in the corner of the room. On a noisy road, and the nearby church had some sort of outside service on the night we were there which added to the noise. Breakfast was a simple croissant and roll with jam, which was fine. Good location close to the station, and walking distance to most sights. |

There was problem with parking the car. There is private garage next to the pension but very expensive, but you can ask on reception and behind the river, there is cheaper parking place. It is 5 minutes by walk from pension. Next problem was, we were late, we came two hours after time which was on reservation. So they changed our reservation from two doublebed rooms to one fourbed room, because they said they had so many customers. Otherwise it was good place to stay. The location was perfect, two minutes from Piazza Duomo (main square) and 5 minutes from central station. |
