Location is great! Provided us with maps and information of where to go and how to get there. Cost is reasonably priced and without a doubt, would stay there again next time we take a look at Florence. =)

The staff was very nice and helpful! The rooms were clean. It&'s a extremely quite hostel, I would suggest it to a couple yet not to people who travel alone and desire to meet other travelers.

Great location, right near the station and then a brief walk to all attractions, and shopping strips. The employees (particularly Paola) were so lovely and helpful. There was also a little kitchenette to cook dinner and breakfast which made meals very cheap!

We like pretty much everything. It was clean, the staff was amazingly helpful, the on-site laundry and kitchen facilities were great, and they allowed us to leave our baggage there all day on the day we checked out.

Francesco and Dani were extremely nice and helpful. Clean. Comfy bed. Large room with armoir and desk with TV. Wifi. Nice kitchen area. Location was great. Effortless to find and close to SMN train station. Hated to leave.

This is a simple and comfy spot to stay while in Florence. Less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Duomo, it allows effortless access to the points of interest of the city.
