Very nice and clean rooms, really near to the old center of the city. Such cute rooms and it was relaxing. The owners were also so friendly and helpfully. We liked this spot so much.

Alain && letizia were very helpful, nothing was too small to assist with. We had trouble getting a cab on the day we left and Alain kindly got out of bed and drove us to the airport.

Alain and Letticia were fantastic hosts that went out of their way to orient us, give suggestions of items to do, and exceptional places to eat. The room was huge, plentz of room for 2 teenagers and their parents, with an awesome view across the river to the skyline of Florence. It was fantastic to have the espresso maker inside the kitchen so one could help themselves to a coffee anytime. The beds were really comfortable and had fantastic sheets. Bathrobes were a nice touch since our private bath was a few steps down the hall, just like home.

Everything! Wonderful room size and interiors and even view, service from staff (Alain) was wonderful (even got a gift of red wine + fantastic tips on where to eat and how to get around to the different wonderful sites in Florence), breakfast was really really good (even had an instant coffee machine) and location was clean

Great location, spacious rooms, lovely staff, extremely helpful! Tv and high fi system in room, no cost bottle of wine! comfortable bed, i liked everything!

A great choice! Alain, the host, is extremely helpful and makes the visitors really feel at home since the first minute. He gave us a map and showed us the extremely best places to visit and suggested some great (and not expensive) restaurants. The place was quiet, the bathroom was clean and the bedroom was extremely massive and clean. They also cleaned the bedroom and bathroom each and every day. The WI-FI is no cost and the connection is good. The breaksfast is straightforward (tea, juice, milk, coffee, toast, croissant, nutella and jam) and it is served within the bedroom, so you can choose what time you wish to have breakfast. Next time I go to Florence, I&'ll certainly stay at Il Magnifico again!

Great double room, bathroom not attached but not a problem, it&'s close by and lockable. The host is incredibly warm and friendly and helpful. The location is incredible with sights of the iconic Florence skyline. Really huge room with tv, stereo, excellent bed, small but adequate breakfast, even has a kettle for boiling water inside the room and a complimentary bottle of wine. Fantastic rates for the off season but I&'d consider staying here during the high season too.

Everything is perfect! Great location as it is near the principal spot and very good atmosphere. The room is really clean as well as the host is really friendly and know much! The host give us a bottle of wine though we only stay for one night!
