It's a very quiet place, nice roommates, everything very clean! Have one problem, I had to wash the dishes in the bathroom! Doesn't have a dishwasher! it's the only problem! Ciao

Its location and price vs value was good! but it's so difficult to go up to the 3rd floor with heavy luggage.

More like a hotel at hostel prices. really nice spatial rooms (but suspect this was because of the off season) We booked a dorm room and got our own double room. Tiny common room with only a microwave, fridge and bench but still managed to meet and go out with other backpackers! Really nice place, could see duomo from our window.

It's very well located, but we had a terrible problem. Someone started to ring the bell at 2am and didnt stop until we open - at 9 am. The staff doesnt stay there the whole night and we wouldnt open the door at a strange city, of course. we tried to call the manager and no answer! it was horrible, no one could sleep at the hostel. anyway, it's cozy and clean, and very well located! so it was worthy after all.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and did their best to cater room arrangements to suit guests. Great value for moent and easy walk to all major sights. Only one computer on offer which meant a bit of a wait at times. Facilities clean.

Muy buena ubicacion, buen servicio, limpio. seria bueno mejorar la cocina, tienen pocas cosas para cocinar, pero en general muy bueno. lo recomiendo.

I went to the hostel expecting a dorm but a girl that was there already decided to stay. The lady [very friendly and sweet] moved me downstairs to a private double suite! It was basically a hotel room and great value. . 24 euros for 2 people in a hotel! Thank you so much for the accommodation and even though i did not stay exactly at the hostel, they were REALLY helpful in promising me my reservation.

Great place to stay. We stayed in the Artemis Rooms which is affiliated with Hotel Locanda Daniel (1st floor not 3rd). Spacious room however the private en suite was across the hall way. Close to amenities, markets and train station. Would recommend to all.
