Nice romantic spot extremely near the centre (ponte vecchio), helpful staff, daily cleaning, room with a tiny balcony to have a breakfast on, fantastic beginning spot for all the sightseeing + we had to move for the last night due to some reparation works, but the lady provided everything and the second hotel was also extremely very good and right at piazza duomo, so it was no injury.

The owner is lovely, really helpful, recommends places to eat, and seems to really care that you have a fantastic time in florence, and also in her rooms. fantastic bathroom clean rooms, comfortable beds good location, right near ponte vecchio 5-15 mins from pretty much everything you could wish to see in a brief stay in florence

The woman who owned this hostel was extremely helpful and kind. She made sure we were comfortable and was always obtainable to answer our questions. We were pleasantly surprised at how new and clean our room was for the reasonably low price that we paid. It was also in the ideal location, right over the bridge and close to all of the museums and other points of interest which also made for a safe setting when walking home at night.
