Loved everything about this place, from the room, to the choice of bathroom in the morning and evening, to the warm and friendly and stupidly helpful staff. We arrived late having rocked up at Camp di Marte instead of SNM and had to taxi cab it over, that was the end of the bad times in Florence, primarily as this spot was so amazing. Short walk from the train station (it overlooks the tracks) and about 15 mins to the Duomo. The breakfasts were the most unique ever - a pear tart for breakfast, it might well catch on!

Big rooms, balcony, we had 3 of the rooms for our group as properly as the other 2 weren&'t occupied so it was basically like our own private apartment. we also enjoyed the espresso vending machine.

Very clean. spacious rooms. newly renovated. Proximity to train station. extremely value for money. when air con wasnt working within the room, staff helped to change us to another room.
