The hostel was close to the principal train station and only a short walk to the city centre. There&'s a marketplace nearby. The beds were very comfortable. The public showers were warm and private. The staff were understanding even though we booked the wrong dates and arrived a week early, giving us the room for the same price. We were able to store our luggage in a room on the last day.

Very clean. Staff was extremely helpful especially with language simply because I spoke no Italian. A computer with no cost web provided inside the lobby.

I loved this location :) It was the ideal location, you can literally walk every single from this place, it&'s really close to the San Lorenzo Market place (great shopping) and also the Duomo which are must see places. It wasn&'t super fancy but i liked it greater simply because it was simple anyways, and it was really clean with nice bathrooms and had AC and a lift. The staff wasn&'t often super helpful, depending on who was there, but overall I would definitely give this location an A+ :) Thanks for a great stay!

The no cost computer inside the entrance is ok and also the staff was really kind to receive us at 3am for making the check-in.

We had a twin room for just me and another friend. We paid 18euros a night, ABSOLUTE BARGAIN, it was tidy and clean. They even had power showers as properly as the bath rooms were clean etc. Location is brilliant, only like 3mins walk from the central station and buses. The man who worked at reception was really helpful and really friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there, would certainly suggest this place!
