The staff are friendy, easy to talk to and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and a memorable one. Also, the location of the property is ideal, this makes it possible for one to see the beauty of central Florence in a flash.

It was very easy to find just a few minutes from the train station on foot and very close to the most famous parts of the city. We walked to everywhere never used the bus. The hostel was clean and safe. The keepers were very helpful and friendly. (I'm sorry i don't remember your name but greek guy ("left" in greek) thank you very much. Definetly recomended.
