Concerning the quality of service, it's more like low budget hotel (four stars) rather than hostel. - BEST QUALITY for a FAIR PRICE - breakfast served to bed - room tidied up every day - VERY CLEAN - first place ever, where I dared to stand under shower without flip-flops - most friendly staff met in Italy - electric kettle, free tea and coffee in the room I recommend the place without any doubts. |

Lovely room. Excellent service and helpfulness. Francesco was a wonderful host and extremely helpful, not only about accomodation but as tour guide and caring about our safety. Would definately stay here again. |

This bed and breakfast was a wonderful place to stay and an incredible value for our money. The staff were unbelievably helpful and extremely kind and welcoming and knowledgeable about the city of Florence. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was available for free in the room every morning--just the perfect amount to get the day going. I was so happy to have stayed here and felt relaxed and comfortable my entire visit; I would return in a heartbeat! Fantastic! |

Friendly staff, was very helpful and kind, location not very good, neat autostrada which is very noisy, must take a bus to the center. there is free internet in the hotel, and good service. |

This hotel was so good. The room was lovely and staff also friendly and gave us many useful imformation. Eventhough this hostel a little far from station but not hard to find. it's worth to stay. And the most surprise thing was breakfast in the bed. If I go to Firenze again I will stay at this hostel again. |

Soggiorno Madrid was exactly what we were looking for. It was very close to the train station, and the owners were very kind and helpful in telling us about the ins and out of Florence. Breakfast was also very good and the services offered were very excellent! |

It quite far from main station a bit by walk about 20 mins. Breakfast is actually just only little snack in you own room like biscuite and tea. In bathroom has hairdryer. Recommend to bring your own food to eat in the morning. |
