The employees were really helpful and we got an immediate upgrade to a private room just simply because it was available. It was in a great location: right across from the Pitti Palace.

Location: Just in front of Piazza Pitti. Staff: helpful and kind. Rooms not often totally occupied. Our 6-bed dorm was just for the 2 of us the first night we stayed. No bed bugs in my bed. (But FYI, I slept totally clothed with long pants, long-sleeved shirt and with full bugspray coverage on hands feet neck face. )

They let us store our packs there, even following we checked out. Nice lounge location at the check-in for resting, watching TV, etc.

I really liked the location. Right across from the Pitti Palace! Also the beds and bath rooms were clean and comfortable.
