Peaceful, close to station, helpful staff and extremely clean. Great for couples or those looking for a calm location to rest and sleep. If the staff aren't there when you arrive you just ring the number on the door and they arrive extremely quickly. In case you don't have a phone you can politely ask the receptionist at the hostel across the road. They only asked for 20 cents for a mobile call.

The room is clean and nice. So near to the central station and the employees is super helpful. I like to stay there again

Short distance from train station coming into Florence. Fan in each room however no air conditioner facilities.

The room I had was large and airy and also the hostel is down a noiseless street so you get a great nights sleep! The room and shared bath rooms were very clean. This hostel has a notice saying that it encourages peace and quiet, so if you want a party hostel this is not the place for you! I really enjoyed my stay here and it is just a brief walk to the train station.
