Great location. Close to train station and all sights. Free WiFi, little shop across the road, and refrigerator in room was good.

The breakfast was wonderful - a extremely great selection offered. Fantastic location near the Santa Maria Novella church and square and mins from the Duomo and Uffizi.

Nice massive room, no cost breakfast with real fruit, excellent location, nice staff. It was noisy though, loud music from the courtyard until 3am Friday night (only until 12 on Thursday night).

All round superb value for money. Top location. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees - especially Christina. Clean. Breakfast good. Sound proofing in between rooms could be improved, but otherwise quiet.
