Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, nice residential area, linens/towels provided, felt really safe, really accomodating to students.

The staff were extremely helpful, giving us advice on exactly where to eat and points to see - couldn't have been a lot more helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and there was lots of communial areas. Also not forgetting the sweets on the reception desk!

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay at this hostel - its in a good location, has really good facilities (vending machine was really cheap! ) and a good environment with a chance to chat to other travellers and would definitely stay again!

The rooms as nicely as the bathrooms are extremely nice. The hostel is extremely centrally situated with only a short walk into the center of Florence. Outstanding location and not too loud.
