Host was very friendly, informative and helpful. Access to the old town was easy and breakfast was huge for a continental spread.

Hmmmmm, where to startThe first thing we noticed was how nice, Raffaele the host was. He was very prompt in responding via e-mail to my queries and when we arrived he immediately gave us a map of his beloved Lecce and showed us where everything was, where to eat, he even looked up train times for us! The whole of our stay, he made us feel very welcome, even after we had checked out, which you don't often find in today's B & B world. The hostel itself is lovely, its main feature being the spacious terrace where you can eat breakfast or just relax, no matter what time it is. We even sat out there and watched a big thunderstorm assault the city. Another nice thing was they offered some DVDs to watch, for FREE! The location was quite good as it was out of the center and thus quiet enough at night, but close enough to go back and forth without any trouble and it was only a 10 minute walk from the station. Overall, my friend and I were almost sad to leave Raffaele and his charming B & B. But we will definitely be returning there!
