Extremely friendly reception. My companion and I were both sick, but whenever I headed downstairs to ask questions, the receptionist would make me a cup of honey-lemon-tea. (which he explained to be a family recipe) Clean room, wonderful bathroom, great WIFI. We were inclined to stay inside the hostel and not head out. We were given a map with complete set of directions and highlights. Relatively effortless to reach from the station. In one word: PERFECTION.

This is what I like best. My room got delayed till 7pm, and I was refunded 10 euros for it, and they really apologized for not giving me the room promptly. Also, the staff's really warm and friendly and helped out with planning my itinerary for the day!

The employees genuinely made my stay extremely comfortable, and i can safely say that they went out of their way to assist me in whatever way possible. More than that, they were warm and friendly and generous and kind. Following all, its the people that make an experience.

Hotel is on a small square with park, so the noises is a little lower than in average hotel in Milan:-)

It was the top location I could locate inside that budget and nonetheless being close to the city centre. Tram/Bus stop right outside the hotel. Lots of stores too.
