The only thing I liked about this place was that we could leave the suitcases there the day of our departure, in stead of leaving them in the left-luggage at Centrale station, paying for it. Appart from that, there are two women serving the reception, and one of them doesn't speak other language apart from chinese: no english, no italian, no spanish, no french. no way to communicate with her, just with body-talking, and this way is not always reliable. The way they make the bed is just folding the sheet and putting it on the bed, so every night you must make your bed in the normal way. Other useful information for travelers is that it is on the second floor of a building without elevator, so you must carry the suitcase up the stairs, and they are long stairs. Apart from that, it was a secure place, and the woman who speaks italian and english is a kind person.

We had a nice stay, only had a small problem comunicating with the staff in english. But other than that we had a really nice stay.
